HTC shipped me a USED Vive!

The instructions were crumpled obviously from use, and the equipment was covered in fingerprints. It looks like one of their employees took it home and used it for awhile, then returned it and shipped it out as new! Has anyone else experienced the same quality control issues?

Take lots of pictures and then return it and demand a replacement or refund.
