HTML Thumbnails in Win 7 Explorer?

Can thumbnails of HTML files be enabled in Windows 7 like they could in XP?

I wrote a test HTML file and the icon only displayed the FireFox logo.

There may be a way around this but the document itself is not viewable be default as a thumbnail.
