HTPC and N64 emulator help please!

I have a question about the AMD 5350. Is this chip good enough to run a N64 emulator for Super Mario 64, Mario Kart, and Super Smash?

If it isint, would adding a dedicated gpu help?

yes, it's good enough and a GPU won't help.

I plan on installing Windows so I can use the n64 emulator with Xbmc. Is there a add on I can use for xbmc so I can launch the emulator and view my rom's from within Kodi?
