Both as great PSU's.

GO with this MB for the Realtek ALC892 Sound Chip the driver support is better. VIA sound chip driver support sucks.

Save money and get this RAM. you don't need DDR 3 1600 ram for HTPC. the MB only supports 1333 ram w/o OC in the Bios
