HTPC CPU cooler

Hi,

I built a HTPC gaming rig with the following specs:

rzv01 case
i7 4790k
silverstone argon06 fan
8gb ddr3
1x 256 samsung 850 pro
1x 512 samsung 850 pro

I am trying to determine which cpu fan to purchase as with current fan unless i crank the a/c up my system gets extremely hot while playing witcher 3.

I am looking at the noctua nh-l9x65 or the silverstone nt06 pro.

Which would you recommend as my case limit size for a cpu cooler? The limit for my cpu cooler is 83mm.

I appreciate any ideas or suggestions for best cpu cooler.

both r great choices. but i suppose the silverstone is a bit beefier.
