I have a r9380x which is used to only play fifa on my 4K Samsung tv but have tried everything to get 60hz @ 4K through the display port to hdmi using a adapter which claims it’s active but for the life of me it won’t display on 60hz only 30hz and before anyone says anything it can play fifa at 60hz 4K just about anything can
