[HTPC] Is this compatible?

CPU: Intel Celeron G1840
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-Z87N-WIFI
RAM: 2GB PC3-10600U DDR3
HDD: Western Digital WD Blue 1TB
CASE: Silverstone Sugo SG13
PSU: Corsair VS350

I have built computers before so I know what parts should be compatible but these are some-what "older," parts so I just want to make sure. Please don't suggest parts if they aren't that much better and cost more because I am trying to get this as cheap as possible.

I would say save on your power supply (unless you plan to add a vcideo card to your system, as you barely push 110w on this system get a 300w and save cash over the 350
