Here you go, built inside the Node 202 which is a great HTPC case, and has onboard wifi.
Are you planning on storing movies long term on the HTPC? Or will they be sort of watch and delete, keeping them on external drives?
I've put in an SSD as it will allow for faster boot times, and will allow for about 120GB+ of movie storage.

Given the age of those titles (90's) and what else you want to do, a mITX custom build seems kind of pointless to me.

1080p streaming etc can be done on some pretty basic systems.

I assume in your build, you need to factor in a Windows license too?

Given what you need, something like this: https://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msusa/en_US/pdp/InFocus-Kangaroo-Signature-Edition-Mobile-Desktop-Pro/productID.1503877700

Might make more sense?

Cherry Trail Quad core, 2 GB DDR3, 32 eMMC - and tiny!

1 - I was looking for some prebuilded htpc like InFocus Kangaroo but no one convinced me. I got a windows 7 license from an old notebook.

2- Spain, all that prices are amazon.es

Hey thanks , it seems a very cool built and fully compatible :D.
About the storage i was having the same doubt about the HD, may be 240GB is enought cause i have another 4 pc with more storage and i can accces via LAN .

Probably i 'll go for it.

Thanks again.

Realistically, your requirements don't need much more than an Android box (less than $100 generally). But I assume you need Windows for some of your applications.

W7 from a notebook will be OEM, and cannot be transferred (at least, it won't/shouldn't activate) to a new motherboard.

Personally, I think something like an Intel Compute Stick would do the job for you just fine (the 'Kangaroo' doesn't appear to be available in Spain). https://www.amazon.es/Intel-STCK1A32WFC-Z3735F-Windows-Dongle/dp/B014N4CZE2/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1472222294&sr=8-1&keywords=intel+compute+stick

2GB RAM, Quad core & 32GB storage. An external HDD will get you your 'bulk storage' if you need it.

Chugalug's build is good, and sounds like it'll do exactly what you want - I just think it sounds overkill for what you've described.
