HTPC motherboard question

Hello everyone. This is my first post, so please excuse my ignorance. I'm attempting to build my first computer (HTPC) for the purpose of video and music playback. The computer will be connected to a 46" LCD tv. I'm not interested in gaming.

So far I have purchased:
Silverstone Case
WD 2TB drive
32GB Kingston solid state Drive
AMD Athlon II X2 265 Regor 3.3GHz Socket AM3 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor ADX265OCGMBOX

I am trying to keep this system as cool and quiet as possible. Also, I would like to use a motherboard with on-board graphics.

My questions are:

Could you please recommend a motherboard with HDMI, on-board graphics, low power requirements, and sufficient enough to play Blu-ray/ HD video?
would GIGABYTE GA-880GMA-USB3 AM3+ AMD 880G HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard work? are there better or cheaper options?

I use two biostar boards similar to the one you selected with sempron 140 cpus. I've had no major problems with them, except a bad dvi port on one. Biostar replaced it in about two weeks.
