HTPC/NAS Build opinions

This is HTPC/NAS Build I end up with.

It is going to be used for watching downloaded TV shows/Movies via HDMI on my 50" Sony Bravia and as a receiver for my 2.0 stereo system polk a9's and amp. My wife wants to be able to use it as a everyday PC also, and probably gonna do very light pictures editing.
Secondary purpose going to be file storage in RAID 1.

Point was to have reliable, powerful enough and quiet HTPC which could run 24/7.

I had to sacrifice some of the reliability - say bye bye to xfx/seasonic full modular PSU, and drop down memory from 8gb 2133 to 4gb 1866 and 2 3TB WD blacks, because price was climbing over 1k$.

I couldn't change MOBO, because I need some of the features of it, and the case, because I'm completely in love with FD.

What do you think and what would you change in this build? Maybe I should get down to 400$ build, because this is going to be way too big overkill? Or maybe I will lack some power?

For 24/7 operation and HTPC/file share duty I would I would reduce power consumption and go with a more integrated motherboard CPU combo. those two duties are pretty light weight for the hardware you have chosen to use. If I was replacing my HTPC I would go with something like this

Your love affair with that case is costing you. Are you sure that there's nothing cheaper that you could like nearly as well?
