posted this in another forum but no answers, so here goes, been thinking a HTPC for a while now but have nearly given up becuz of the software, so many choices, so many configurations, not to mention the overall price, thinking seriously about getting a PS3 to watch BD movies, any help would be appreciated

So.. what are you asking?

For my opinion - PS3 will be less comfortable because of the lack in modifying options, compare to HTPC.

HTPC can be cheaper, it's depends on your overall needs.
