I just upgraded to Windows 7 . . . . BIG mistake, at least so far. Almost none of my applications work with MsW7. Additionally some of my web sites that I visit often don't work the same, specifically Facebook. Everytime I change pages on FB, especially when I return to my home page I have to re-enter my password. Additionally, my FB chat is totally inoperative and the folks at FB are no help what so ever.
I should note here that I am using a Computer Associates firewall, virus protection, email virus protection, and spyware and trojan horse protection software.
I've adjusted my browser and firewall cookie handling as instructed but nothing is working. Aside from the obvious, ie: cleaning the cache and temp files, does anyone out there have any suggestions on how to restore my Facebook functionailty. It worked fine with Windows XP SP3.
My new system is a quad core, 2.33 mhz processor with 3gb ram.
