How do I set a password? Is someone able to access my data?

Please provide more details about your router and which password you mean (router administration, wireless access, something else?)

based on the ip address and the port number it looks like he's running some type of server application on his personal computer. Not in his router. hopefully you've forwarded port 8080 from the router to that ip address or you'll never be able to access it.
