HTTP 403 forbidden accessing yahoo mail

I have a Toshba Satellte model S955d running Windows 8.1. I can login, with Internet Explorer 11, to yahoo.com website but on trying to open yahoo mail I get 'HTTP 403 forbidden' error. This has been going on for the past 2 weeks. I can surf the net to other websites except yaoo mail. Any solution/s?

Yahoo is often off line. If you talking about Yahoo app- they took it off the Windows store due to compatibility issues and will not support it any longer. It still available for iOS and Android.
