I pretty much want to play Rise of the Tomb Raider and Black Desert Online with at least 60+ FPS at 1080p with High/Ultra settings.
I would like to OC the Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor to probably 4.2GHz although I've never overclocked before I've seen seen some videos and people easily OC the 6600K to 4.2GHz and beyond. I was going to originally buy a 6700k but its $400 and double the price of a 6600K...
I could use some help picking a motherboard and a power supply. I just want a motherboard that has an easy to use BIOS so I can OC the CPU really easily. What is the difference between H170A and Z170A motherboard?
I like the Corsair 330R Blackout ATX Mid Tower Case but only because it has a discrete design. I don't really care about noise pollution because I wear bose qc25 headphones so if you have another case that is discrete with better airflow, please suggest it!
I was also interested in getting these fans but I'm not sure which case would allow me to add these in. If anyone has experience with adding additional fans please help me out here.

With CPU coolers, I was thinking about just going with the cheap Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO but the V8 GTS from what I've heard is pretty awesome and comparable to liquid cooling.

Is it worth the upgrade to a V8 GTS from a 212 EVO if I am overclocking? I don't want to do liquid cooling because all the horror stories of liquid leaking out and destroying motherboards and GPUs.
Thanks guys!
