http:/www.forbidden.net:403 browser problem (ip specific)

So I left my computer on sleep last night and came 14 hours later and turned it on again. Now it suddenly can't open any windows. I opened facebook and browsed only facebook. But after I closed it, it didn't open up again. It seems its only my browser because spotify is streaming music right now flawlessly. I am posting from my virtualbox that has a dynamic IP address. (I also can't access my router from main computer, says Access Denied. I checked my processes and have no RATs or viruses. I was using proxes yesterday on Firefox and IE, but not on Chrome. I cleared all proxies, but still. Any help?

Perform full scans for viruses and malware. Also, have you performed a full restart of your system after waking out of sleep mode? If not, clear all of your caches (a tool like CCleaner will help with this) and restart your rig. Try connecting again.

I figured it out. What happened was that I was using an out-dated SYSTEM proxy. Even though I cleared proxies from my browsers, the system had a proxy in place. I went and cleared that too.
