I have a Kodak EasyShare M550 camera and have tried to download the pictures without success. Following the manual the software was installed in a folder named Kodak. How do I launch it?

Go to Start > Programs, should be in there. But you should not even need that, if you plug in the USB cable, the computer should detect it as a drive.

Barring that, you can get a card reader for cheap to read the card. Need a reader for an SD card.

I suggest using Google Picasa to get and organize the photos.
