HOW CAN PRINT EMPTY COLOUR CATRIDGE WITH EPSON 830 PRINTER

Presumably you're trying to print in black but the printer won't work because it's complaining about a colour cartridge being exhausted. Whether you can or not depends on the model of printer -- download the full manual for the printer from the CD which came with it or from Epson.
