I have a Samsung - SyncMaster 226BW & SyncMaster 204B monitors & they both flicker badly. When they first start up the screen is black and after 20 mins. or so they start working and eventually they work great.

Any suggestions?? I've looked all over the internet and haven't found any solutions.

I'm running XP on both machines that the monitors are hooked to.
