Yup. And there's a huge push for domestic brands. They did it with the iPhone too. I'm sure it was a lot harder to purchase Dell pcs in 2023 even if people wanted one.

Android is based on Linux what are you talking about?

Sorry let me clarify, harmony OS’s original beta was literally android with a “artistic facade” on top.
However, the official Harmony OS utilizes a micro-kernel whereas Linux uses a monolithic kernel. The kernel is not only the most important differentiator of an OS but is the foundation and core of any OS. So one cannot objectively state that harmony OS is based on Linux.
