Question Huawei HG 658c router problem

Hi all. I have an issue with a 658c regarding wifi calling on my iphone max. It just won't connect and if it does it drops calls and often won't dial out and misses calls. Today no connection at all. Talking to the isp was a waste of time and as far as they are concerned if the internet works ( which it does) they aren't interested and won't change the router. I can't use a third party router because Vodafone won't share the password etc.

Any ideas? I guess the router just isn't compatible? I have heard bridging a different router could help? I'd really appreciate some help, i'm pulling hairs.

p.s i have tried another wifi calling compatible phone and it doesn't connect either.

if you have a router
you can plug in another one/AP and use that wifi instead...
Not sure I understand about vodafone password.

The log in details for the internet so the modem/router works on their network. They won't give those details out. Thanks for the reply. Will try another router.

Wifi is wifi, if you have it wifi calling should just work, it's unlikely to be the router.

What else could it be? I tried a second wifi calling enabled phone and it doesn't work either. If i go on someone elses wifi the wifi calling works perfectly.
