Question Huawei p10 plus know ram type via benchmark

i want to buy Huawei p10 plus

• and want to know how can i recognize ram type(lppddr3 or lpddr4) via memory copy in benchmark?
• Or in other word what's the lpddr4 and lpddr3 memory copy speed rate?
• i got 7/5 GB/s for 4M block size, is it lpddr4?

Aida64 from the PlayStore, under "system" should explicitly tell you if it's DDR4.

The RAM in smartphones is integrated on the CPU.

Just look up online for the processor model no and you'll know what RAM it uses.

For example: Here is the result for Qualcomm snapdragon 630

This is the lowest end qualcomm processor that support LPDDR4 RAM and roughly any processor that is more powerful or recent should have LPDDR4 RAM only.

The P10 Plus is a unique duck though @Sagar_20 there are variants utilizing differing storage setups and RAM. Models have shipped with DDR3 and DDR4.

what's memory copy speed shows that is lpddr4? is 7/5 GB/s enough for lpddr4?
