Question Huawei WiFi speed limit

I'm looking for a way to reduce the speed of other users on my Huawei E5785lh 4g mifi . There is a guy who is always on YouTube watching videos which slows mine when I'm about to watch live footbal. The truth is he does not read online nor do or her things than than watching videos on YouTube anytime he is connected to my network. I hope I could find a way to limit his speed from time to time on my android phone. Thanks

The feature you need is called QoS on most consumer routers. You would have to read the manual but I strongly suspect a device like that does not have the feature. It would need the ability to limit traffic to some fixed value. The high/medium/low stuff means pretty much nothing and limits only upload rates in most router that work that way. How exactly it is implemented varies a lot but your first step is to read the manual and see if it even exists. If it does not there is not a simple way to do this without buying more equipment.
