Bought an HP OMEN monitor and this starts happening

It's outside of the return policy for the store I bought it from. So that's not an option. I'm not sure what to do

EDIT: It seems to only occur when I have both of my monitors plugged in.

Try another connection type? Did you try swapping the cables between the screens, does the issue follow cable or stay with the same screen?

I've tried all those things. I think I've figured it out by now though. Seems to be my GPU more than anything else
