Question Huge fps drop in cs 1.6 with good build

I am having fps drops from 100 to 0 in Counter Strike 1.6 Steam version, but i think that my build is enough for this game ?

This is my build:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 AF Stock
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1650 SUPER WindForce OC 4GB
RAM: G.Skill Aegis 2x8GB DDR4 3000
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 2 TB HDD
Motherboard: Asrock B450 Fatal1ty Gaming K4
PSU: Thermaltake Smart RGB 700W

I have Windows 10 pro and tried to set vsync off but it didn't solve my problem.

I can run other games good, but not this game.
