Question Huge FPS drop in Rust compared to a few months ago ?

When I upgraded my PC I got into Rust and I had stable 80 to 100 fps. But a few months later, when I returned to play Rust I joined a server and my fps had dropped to around 60 to 70.
I dont think it has anything to do with game updates because the difference between my fps then and now is huge. Anyone knows what's the problem?

Could you please add the specs to your build? As for your predicament, try using DDU to uninstall your GPU drivers, then manually reinstall with the latest driver from GPU maker's support site, in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
