Huge FPS Drops and low fps

Hey everyone! So the problem is that my pc having the following specs:
Gpu: Zotac gtx 1060 gb mini
Cpu: Intel Core i5 7400
Motherboard: Gigabyte H110M- S2
Ram: Kingston 8GB DDR4
HDD: Hitatchi 2TB 7200RPM
PSU: Cooler Master 500W Lite
I have fps frops in almost every game i play... Assassin's Creed Origins which should run at 45-55 fps on ultra settings is running on around 40-45 and i am getting drops upto low 30s... i tried many games but stuttering is common in all temperatures are ok infact my case has 3 fans... Please help! Thanks in advance

You may want to try adjusting your graphics settings (at least to test). Try medium settings and watch your FPS. If you can't hold steady at 60-70fps on medium than you may have an issue elsewhere (thermal throttling possibly).
