Question Huge FPS drops

Hello everyone. I have been having huge FPS drops for about 2 months now.

These occur at any moment with the computer, no matter if I'm running programs or not. I can have nothing opened and it will happen and I also can have lot of things opened and it won't happen so it doesn't have anything to see with programs I think. Basically my computer freezes for 2 to 60 seconds. 5 or 10 seconds most of the time. Make games unplayable but also the general use of the computer becomes so annoying.

It is by periods, there are periods when I wouldn't have these for weeks and periods where it comes back.

I've tried many options such as updating drivers, updating windows (so now they're always updated), different youtube tutorials about changing power settings with different ways but none worked. I tried disabling anti virus and firewall didn't work aswell. Also tried to reset the computer.

Seems like the computer is overheating, when I open task manager and go down to "System" it takes about 5% of the processor but when these fps drops happen it takes a lot like 60% then goes back to 5% when fps drop ends. Also, what caused this problem is when I brought my computer to specialists who cleaned the fan inside the computer, ironically.

I have no idea about what to do. I've also tried "Smart Game Booster" overclocking app, only the free options tho.

Thank you for reading and helping me.
