Question Huge fps stutters and freezes in games

I have been having these problems for more than 1 months now. When I hop in a game in fortnite my game will start having stuttering fps from 165 frames to around 60 then back up. Then randomly it will freeze for about 2-5 seconds. I have had nvidia performance overlay on to see what my cpu and gpu is doing. When my game freezes my gpu and cpu usage will drop to around 10 or 0 percent usage then hop back up to only around 40 percent usage for both of them. Then in a couple seconds it will freeze again. Sometimes my computer does not freeze again but after a hour or 2 it will happen again. I also relized when the game freezes sometimes my hard drive reaches 100% usage. Also when im playing my ram is at 7.1 usage

11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11400F @ 2.60GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650
8GB Memory
1TB HDD
Windows 11 Home
I was running windows 10 when this started then I switched to windows 11

I have a aroura r12 alienware pc that I got at the end of May
I got it without a gpu and put in the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650. it worked fine for a whole month but halfway through July I had problems

I really need help to sole this problem cause its so annoying

But this never happens with people i know that have very simular specs with ram and hdd
