Huge frame dropes on i5 2500

I have gtx 1050ti oc and i5 2500 and many games like bf1 especially keep droping to 20-30 fps all the time msi afterburner keep showing cpu 100% usage all time and at 59c temperature even on low settings even for god sake if i put the game on 720p on low it will keep droping to 20 fps i cant keep it up like 50-60fps same as some youtube videos they are playing bf1 fine they have same specs as mine please anyone see my question pls help me i search online for any solution but i couldnt find any please help
my specs: i5 2500 3.3ghz
Msi Gtx 1050ti oc
12gb of ram
Windows 10 pro

I have a 2500 to but in games like BF4 COD:WW2 and PUBG I do not see these frame drops mind sharing what kind of storage your using? That was my problem back when I did.
Also can you try to figure out what kind of CPU cooler you have?

Storage i have 250gb and 500gb hdd 5400 rpm and i use stock cooler for cpu...btw i turned off many windows operations like windows defender and windows update and cortana etc...now i have great performance in rainbow 6 siege and starwars bf2 and pubg i can reach 80fps on high setting in all of these games i mentioned...BUT when i play bf1 the same problem again drop to 20 fps no matter the settings i dont know what to do

The problem here is your hard drive try upgrading to a 7200 rpm drive.
I used to have a 3200 RPM drive and I would get frames drops to 0.
