Huge Lag Spikes

I recently upgraded my P.C. and all has been well until the last week or so, I am now experiencing huge lag spikes every few seconds. This is in both steam (CS:CO) and Origin (BF4) games.

I have tried multiple different solutions all of which have failed to rectify the problem.

My build is:

Gigabyte G1 Sniper 3 Motherboard
Intel i7 3770k CPU
Gigabyte GTX 970 Graphics Card
8 gb of Ram (the cheap kind)
600watt PSU
80GB SSD
500GB HDD
and a Corsair H60 liquid cooling system

I don't know if perhaps upgrading the PSU or RAM would help as they are both cheap makes. But like I say I had no problems until about a week a go.

Any suggestions?

Looks like problem is with your ping not PC.

Changed internet service providers. Same problem so I changed my computer to a wired connection through a switch and it is running fine now. Wifi just does not want to work properly. I'm putting down to a problem within the household.
