Question huge pc lag problems

Hi to everyone, I need a little help.
Basically, every single game I have and had on my pc....lags!
From the heavier to the lighter ones, for example Warzone, Fortnite give me a lot of frame drops and stutters often.
My pc build isn't that good talking about Gpu, but I can't even play Minecraft because it sometimes goes from 200 fps (when i set them unlimited ) to 30 and 20. And also Valorant which I like a lot.
I tried so many things to resolve but nothing changes, so maybe someone here can help me

My build:
MB: Asus Prime a320m-k
Cpu: Ryzen 5 3600
Cpu cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 black edition
Gpu: Amd Rx 570 4gb
Ram: HyperX 2x8 3000Mhz
PW: Thermaltake 500w

Also I tought that the problem is the monitor because I still have to buy a new one, I have an old 60 Hz monitor and that's not even 1920x1080, so if that's the problem, I will remedy fast.

Hello, while playing Fortnite it goes around 70° but it doesn't touch 80.
Instead while playing heavier games like Overwatch or Warzone it goes like 78/79°

I have a 140GB SSD on which is installed just the operating system and the programs, I install all my games on a 2TB hard disk
