Huge performance drop without no reason, but only in some games. Help?

Ok, so pc specs are : ryzen 5 1600, 16gb and 1080 gtx. So basically yesterday i tried to play BF1 and Forza horizon 3, all of them giving me huge fps drop, few weeks ago i played BF1 on same settings with 90-140fps, now it does 30-45fps, forza horizon 3 was running at 100-120fps, now it runs at 60fps but with notable drop. So i tryed to check other games. Rainbow six siege runs smoothly at 120fps, overwatch same 100-120fps. Nothing on my pc changed during those weeks, nothing new were installed or whatsoever,pc is not overheating, checked the temps and cpu runs at 35c, gpu at 45-60c. I tried to reinstall gpu drivers, or update all drivers with driver booster, defaulted bios and stuff, ram malware scans and stuff... nothing helps. Does anyone have any idea whats happening?

Also, what is your CPU/GPU/MEM/HDD usage while you're actively playing a game?

Its disabled. Gpu as i saw around 50-60%, cpu at around 70-90%, memory 9gb/16gb and hhd on low.

As i stated, BF1 is unplayable atm, because of 35-50fps, same with forza horizon3. While i can run rainbow six siege and owerwatch like before on same fps. Note that changing graphics settings on forza and bf1 doesnt do any impact, same fps as low or ultra.
