Hello
I bought a new gpu GTX 1050TI about 1.5 year ago +-
since then i had HUGE performance problems with my pc
i have huge Fps drops and freezing while gaming
I talked with the store i bouhgt the GPU from, about my problem and asked for help , they tested the GPU few times and
said that everything is fine with it.
So I took my whole PC for testing , and they said again , that every thing is fine .they didnt find any problem.
My rig
I5 4440 3.2 ghz
1050Ti (new)
8GB RAM (new)
500W no-generic psu
Things i tried:
updating bios
re-install gpu driver
windows format
checked temp
disabled any cpu power saving in bios
enabled XMP
performance testing programs - passed all
nvidia control panel settings
reset cmos
I noticed this weird thing in msi after burner , while i played FH3:

as you can see huge cpu usage & gpu usage drops
I also can say that im having weird lines in any game that im playing , even with vsync on
All the problems appeard while I upgraded to the new gpu , thats for sure
but the gpu has been tested few times by computer technician
maybe thats the psu? i dont know , tell me what u guys think
I can add a video that shows the problem exactly if u want , but just imagine massive fps drops and freezing
im about to give up and play only on ps4 , i dont have more energy to find the issue
please help my guys , I tried everything i know
