huge problem with pc and cant find answer(freezes, lags, uresponsive states)

Hi there
So for about 2 months i have problem with my pc. And cant figure out what might be the problem.
It all started after my SSD drive died out. I got new one and since then different problems occured.
At the beggining i had problem in games on wind 10, random freezes for about 20-30 second and then game continiued. I tried installing other versions with or without anniversary update but nothing seemed to help. So i moved back to wind 8.1 but problems still occurs, random freezes windows Lags. Today i could work on windows until i started game, when i was in menu it was fine but when i lunched mission pc froze. After some reinstall windows sometimes showed 4gb or 8. and games had error not enough ram after 1 or 2 hours of gameplay. it was random
tested rams in bios all good, graphic card doesnt seem to have any problems either. Feel free to ask what i got or what i did. Game titles Six siege division Rocket League Titanfall 2

PC:
fx 8320 cooler evo
motherboard Gigabyte ga 970ud3p
sapphire r9 290 trix ( old one )
8 gb ram of 2sticks Corsair vengence 1666 cl9
psu rm 850 corsair i think
ssd good ram cx200
2 hdd 500gb

Rather check your ram with memtest86 for at least 2 passes. If you need help with it feel free to ask. Also can you check your graphics card in another pc? Did you try installing windows on another hard disk?

Memtest is fine did it.
Dont have other pc to test but i used other card and still same.
All looks like ram but seems to be mobo communication or somthing

Is there some good program to test disk if it is faulty or not?

nope, just some beta wich is 3 years in beta so probably abandoned long time ago.

got new info. changed graphic card on the same model, luckily had 2 of the same. games stopped crashing but might be also from bios change when i switched gpu to other pcie slot. but atm i am back with the problems that occured at the beggining. My windows freez sometimes. mainly when i use web brosers. chrome opera fox or edge. first the browser gets frozen when i minimize it and click somthing on windows the windows gets the freeze state. but its not like windows itself is dead frozen, i can use and speak on ts3 when the freez occurs. So atm i have no freaking idea what might cause somthing like that. wind 8.1 and win 10 happens on both systems

Did that few times. Yesterday my pc turned off. And after restart IT worked properly ubtil i launched the game. Pc had freeze and soundloop. Freeze occurs only on browsers.

so how old is this "psu rm 850 corsair i think" if you could find out what it is because it sounds like a PSU problem from what you are saying.

Maybe 2 years... I think IT might be mobo but got no option to check that. My pc is about 2-3 yo

For whatever its worth i recently chcecked with task manager what happens when the freeze occurs and my proc goes 100℅ then windows freeze but on the meantime i can use ts3 (speaking VoIP goes in and out properly.

Did the stress run for 1hour while still using pc. No freeze 😀
