Huge upload speeds, but mediocre download speeds. Looking to increase download speed.

I am getting decent internet speeds. There isn't a real problem, but I'm interested to see if possibly my ISP is throttling me. My download speeds typically range 25Mbps to 19Mbps, but the kicker is my upload speeds - typically around the 16Mpbs mark. Is there an issue at all? Online I see average upload speeds of around 4Mpbs-8Mpbs, so my personal conclusion was that my download speeds should be much higher. Is there something I can do to increase my download speeds?

The speed you get depends on which ISP you chose and which package you're on. If you want to improve your download speed then the only way to do that is to speak to your ISP.
