Hugely concerned about i5-4590 temperature

Hi!
Well, as for its cooling, I use BOX cooler.
While playing Witcher 3 my CPU is heating up to 65 degrees.
Is the temperature acceptable?

PS By the by, CPU voltage is 1.120 as I set 37 multiplier in the BIOS.

What do you mean CPU usage, what you listed looks like CPU voltage which is perfectly fine, its not like you can overclock that system anyways.

What is the highest temperature for 22nm processors ( haswell refresh I mean )? As I grasped, everything up to 80 is fine ( or almost fine )
But what is the "red point"?

For day to day usage I would say mid 80's besides its not like you CPU is running full out 24/7. The CPU will thermal throttle 90C+ to protect itself.

A Cryorig H7 is a common good budget cooler, it is much better than a stock HSF

Oh unfortunately there are no such coolers in my country

Another option is a Hyper 212 EVO, but it is larger than the H7 so make sure it will fit in your case.
There are also various popular coolers from Noctua but those in general are more costly.
