[SOLVED] HUHD is not recognized on my device

I have a dell using windows 10, I am using this headphone. I have been using these headphones four a couple of months now and it worked pretty good but for some reason, they stopped working yesterday. I tried restarting my computer, replugging the base into another port and tried charging up my headphones but the audio still comes from the laptop. I looked in setting to see if my computer even recognizes the headphones and it didn't. When clicked on the list of audio devices Realtec audio was the only one available. This is what was on the screen.

Any help getting the audio coming out from my headphones will be appreciated.

Solution
Try them with another system, if that system won't see the device then contact support for them to return or exchange them. Try another USB cable maybe.
