[SOLVED] Humming from HDMI port

Hey guys, need some advice, I'm getting this humming sound from the HDMI port on the gpu (not from the speakers) that starts when I'm playing some games like the Witcher and stops when I pause the game.

Also this noise sometimes stops for a split second and I get stutter on my game.

Do you think the sound is just normal electricity and the stutter is due to voltage drops or something or is this buzz abnormal?

My psu (seasonic s12G) died recently while playing the game, you think my gpu was damaged?

Tried switching HDMI cables and entrance but still get it.

Gtx 1060 3gb
Corsair RM650w
Intel I5-4690
Asus H97-max

To anyone ending up here with the same freezing frames problem, I solved it with this:
-disable vsync
-limit framerate to 50FPS or under

you can do all of this withing nvidia control panel,
Also the humming noise I guess it's just normal electricity running through the hdmi port when GPU is draining power so don't fret, cheers
