I wasn't sure what thread this is best for since I couldn't find thread "Audio".
It started happening a week ago. Sound works fine in the windows. Youtube, VLC all sound perfect.
Once I launch any game at all, the sound is distorted a lot, there is this buzzing noise, and after 30 secodns the sound just gies up completely. I need to restart the PC for it to come back.
I tried uninstalling the Audio drivers, formatted windows, played with audio devices in windows, moved the cables around in the case. I am starting to think that there is an issue with my motheboard. This is because the same thing happens when i use speakers as well as the headset. Could anyone help with some troubleshooting? Thanks.
