Hungup when trying to use Ghost 2003 from windows

Hello,
I am trying to backup the disk and to create an ghost image. After I am selecting backup option and all what comes after, Windows is restarting an then there are 2 options:
- Norton Ghost
- Return to Windows
When I am selecting Norton Ghost and press Enter the computer hungs up.
Now I am using ghost rescue disk to create ghost backup image.
Some details:
- Windows XP SP3
- using Ghost 2003.793
- Nehelem processor

Did you change the Boot Priority in your BIOS,
to boot from that rescue disc?
