My previous case had poor airflow(thermaltake v200) but it looks really beautiful but because of poor airflow my components were kinda hot (rtx 2080 and ryzen 5)so I was hunting for a case which is beautiful and has excellent airflow so I was watching this video on YouTube :-

And i was blown away by the temps this guy had on air and ambient was 20°C, So i came across the Cooler master H500 Mesh case, is it great at airflow and will i be able to achieve not same but close temps as this guy? thanks.

The Cooler Master H500 is a very good case and has very good air flow.
Many users fail to disclose their room ambient temps.
So your mileage may vary and you might or might not get the same temps on your case if your room temps are different.

35°C right now and in extreme summer for a month or 2 it gets around 47°C and in winters its around 20°C

I would recommend my case except its 8 years old and hard to find now, and has features you don't want in cases anymore - 5 1/4 inch bays for instance. Shame as its top of air cooling charts still. I am still waiting for a replacement for it.

Air flow was something case designers forgot in recent years, some are coming back to idea this year. The mesh was made in response to such criticism.
