Question Hunting down the noisy fan.

There is a fan in my computer that is very loud when it ramps up to max speed. I have tried, unsuccessfully, to locate which one. Is there a tool I can use to ramp up speed on each fan to find the culprit?

Disconnect all but CPU fan and test. Then connect one by one the other fans.

Thanks. I thought of this, but I hoped there would be some software solution. My PC is built into a compartment under my desk, so any hardware change is a big job. Depending on which fan is the problem, the front case fans for example, I can access them if I climb under the desk.
