Hi, I have recently needed my hardware Id reset, I don't know ow if this is the right area, sorry I'm new. But I was recently banned on fortnite but I am unsure why I was banned. I already contacted them and their support is absolutely terrible. I don't necessarily care about my account to much since I didn't have to much stuff , so I made a new account, finding out that I was hardware ID banned which is completely stupid since I was banned for no reason. Anyways, I wanted to know the best way to get a new hwid for my PC , I tried reinstalling windows, fac ressetting and even using a hwid spoofer, nothing worked. I looked towards my next step which is buying new hardware, I really like this game, so I don't really care if I have to buy new hardware. I was wondering which hardware would actually make my hardware ID change. Thank you. Have a.good day.

You will find no help here bypassing a ban. To find out why you were banned and to dispute the ban you need to contact Epic Games.
