i was experiencing sudden reboot and it reboots until i shut down it for at least few hours.
so i decided to find out which part of the computer is faulty for which its suddenly rebooting

today i found that my psu voltage is going low under high load.

its dropping 11.59 as far as i could test it. the weather is cool right now so i think i should test it at noon for better results.

here is a screenshot of hwmonitor

I would pin a rebooting issue either to the PSU being faulty, your house's wiring to lack proper grounding or that the board's BIOS is acting up. You can make sure you're on the latest BIOS to rule out a bad BIOS, change the wall socket off which you power off of and inspect the wiring in your house, then you can borrow a PSU from a neighbor or a friend that conforms to your system's power draw and see if the reboots occur.

Speaking of which, what are your full system's specs? List them like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

How old is your PSU?
