but my
Asrock OC Tuner detect 43c/109F
which of these more accurate?

Try speedfan and configure it to your hardware. It can be accurate most of the time. I have found that Not every temperature utility is compatible for some hardware. I had HWmonitor read out my CPU temps at -3°C on an older Athlon II..
