HX850i Power Never Spin

Hello
I have a Corsair HX850i PSU, but it's fan never spin (else when the system is turning on/off) even in system full load, I don't connected CorsairLink USB cable because i don't need it, Now I think it is (CorsairLink) necessary?

My room temp is about 35C

your fan only spins if it is usuing close to the wattage. eg 850w psu, the fan would come on at about 700w of load or a certain temp.

Main: GA-Z77-D3H
GPU: Gigabyte GTX970 G1 Gaming-4GB
Case: CM Storm Trooper

80 PLUS Platinum efficiency and Zero RPM Fan Mode mean that at low to medium loads, the fan doesn’t spin at all. And when you do push the HXi hard, the thermally controlled fan spins only as fast as it needs to.

perfectly normal that the fan doesnt turn on because your arnt sucking a lot of power needed to turn the PSU fan on.
