Hy guys, i have a lenovo g50-45(80e300gyin) laptop. It had AMD A8 GPU of 2GHZ..I would to know can i upgread the GPU to a higher GHZ...of an brand.. Plz suggest me..thank you

No you cannot. The graphics core is integrated inside the A8-6410m APU and that is soldered into the motherboard.
