Question Hynix chip labeling

Can anyone explain to me what the 3 digits and 1 letter in the Hynix chip labeling means? It can be 117A, 345V, 145A, etc. Searched everywhere haven't found anything.

A =Amps

V = Voltage

You need to provide much more information.

You might want to ask hynix it's probably some maker's gibberish for something.
