Hype2 fan trouble

So I just finished putting my rig together and have an issue with my Hyper 212 cooler. The fan will only start if I give it a little flick. What is going on here?

Check the proper installation of the fan.

I installed the fan properly, clipped it on as it should be and also plugged it into the correct slot on the mobo.

The fan works when I give it a flick but doesn't seem to start on its own.

Uhmm I'm not sure what could be the problem. Can u RMA the cooler?

Return Material Authorization, in other words is return the product to the store where u buy it and they test the cooler for problem and fix it for u.
